1. Placing Order:

• Customer Inquiry: Customer Inquiry: Customers submit inquiries through our WhatsApp, email, social account or direct contact with our sales team. They specify the type, quantity, style, and any custom requirements.
• Quotation: Our sales team provides a detailed quotation, including pricing, lead time, and payment terms. For custom boxes, we will make the design of the packaging.
• Order Confirmation: Once the customer approves the quotation and design, they confirm the order. A deposit is required to initiate the order, and an invoice is issued.

2. Production:

• Material Selection: High-quality materials, such as Sblack from Shyn Young H&B, are selected based on the customer’s order specifications (e.g., fan type, length, thickness).
• Manufacturing Process: Skilled technicians begin crafting the lashes according to the order details. The lashes are carefully shaped, curled, and assembled into fans. Quality checking are performed in each step to ensure consistency in each batch.
• Customization: If the order includes private labeling, the custom packaging is printed and assembled. The products are then packed according to the customer’s branding specifications. We will send you photo and update the information of production procedure.

3. Quality Control:

• Inspection: Each batch of lashes undergoes a rigorous quality inspection. This includes checking the fan symmetry, curl consistency, fan base, overall appearance and quantity of each product.
• Testing: Random samples from each batch are tested for durability, fluffiness, and ease of application. Any defects, such as fluff at the bases or slipperiness, are identified and addressed.
• Final Approval: Once the lashes pass the quality checks, they are approved for packaging and delivery.

4. Delivery:

• Packaging: The lashes are carefully packed in secure, branded packaging to protect them during transit. For bulk orders, the packaging is optimized for shipping efficiency.
• Shipping: Orders are shipped through reliable carriers, with tracking information provided to the customer. International orders are processed with the necessary customs documentation (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc).
• Notification: The customer is notified when the order is dispatched, along with the estimated delivery date.

5. After-Sale Service:

• Customer Feedback: After delivery, we follow up with customers to gather feedback on the products and service. This helps us maintain high standards and address any concerns promptly.
